Russian opposition leader Alexey Navalny, who is undergoing treatment at the German Charite clinic, published a new post on social networks, demanding the return of the clothes that the doctors in the Omsk hospital had taken off him.
- Exactly one month has passed since they tried to kill me with a combat poison. Two independent laboratories in France and Sweden and a special laboratory of the Bundeswehr confirmed the presence of "Novichok" in and on my body. However, none of this exists in Russian political and legal reality. There is a talk show here, where they talk either that no one poisoned me, or that, of course, they poisoned me, but it was either the FBK employees or the Western intelligence services that did it. In Russia, the head of the SVR Naryshkin declares that we sent Navalny to Germany without "Novichok", and there he ended up with "Novichok" (probably sprinkled), - wrote Navalny.
He also demands that the authorities of the Russian Federation start a full-fledged investigation into his case.
— In Russia, there is no criminal case, but there is an "investigative check on the fact of hospitalization." It's like I didn't fall on a plane, but slipped in a supermarket and broke my leg, the politician shared.
He also added that 30 days of the investigation have expired. In this regard, he wanted to get the clothes back, noting that they should be carefully packed in a cellophane bag.
— I am interested in one thing now: my clothes. Namely, the clothes I was wearing on the day of the poisoning, August 20. 30 days of "investigative verification" were used to hide this important piece of evidence. Before they allowed me to be taken to Germany, they took off all my clothes and sent me completely naked, - Navalny wrote.
