Today, February 2, the Moscow City Court considered a petition to change the measure of restraint of the oppositionist Alexei Navalny from a conditional term to a real one in the Yves Roche case.
During the meeting, a decision was made to change the opposition's restraining order to a real term. Alexei Navalny was sentenced to 3,5 years in prison.
Taking into account the fact that he was under house arrest for almost an hour (from February 28 to December 30, 2014), Navalny will spend 2,5 years behind bars.
