Eco-activists of the Just Stop Oil organization at the National Gallery in London poured tomato soup over Van Gogh's famous painting "Sunflowers".
Then they glued their hands to the wall under the picture
"Are you more concerned about protecting the painting? Or the protection of our planet and people? The cost of living crisis is part of the cost of the oil crisis. Fuel is not available for millions of hungry and cold families. They can't even afford to heat up a can of soup," the activists shouted after sticking their hands to the wall.
The value of the Van Gogh painting is estimated at 72,5 million pounds.
