The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Jacek Czaputowych, submitted his resignation. This happened two days after the Minister of Health left his post, reports "European Truth".
Earlier, the minister stated that after the presidential elections, it would be a good time to change the head of Polish diplomacy, however, on August 20, he submitted his resignation. Czaputowych expressed confidence that his successor will continue the current line and will contribute to the further strengthening of Poland's position in the international arena.
As a reminder, Jacek Czaputowych became the Minister of Foreign Affairs in January 2018 in the first government of Mateusz Morawiecki. In November of last year, he again held this position in Moravetskyi's second cabinet.
