Dmytro Angolyuk, a high-ranking Odessa tax official, head of the tax administration department of the State Tax Service in the Odessa region, was caught up in yet another scandal.
Let us remind you that a few weeks earlier Angoliuk confessed to the law enforcement officers, who filmed him on a hidden camera, about corruption schemes in the department, in which he took a direct part.
In the video, Angolyuk says that he receives a $10 "bonus" at the Odessa tax office every month for participating in an illegal scheme to refund value added tax to enterprises.
"Since the beginning of the year, about 90 million have been reimbursed to "living" enterprises. The average rate is 5%. For 6-7 months of my work, I was reimbursed 200 million each month," says the tax official.
Angoliuk personally repeatedly visited the offices of companies and offered such "services". After the completion of the procedure, he received a bribe, which he handed over to his superiors - personally into the hands of the head of the regional tax office Yulia Shadevskaya.
"Most often, I don't hand over money to Yulia in the office, I was in the office only a couple of times. Most often on the road somewhere in her car. The last time I transferred 30-40 thousand, but these are small things," said the tax official, who assumed that Shadevskaya earns approximately 200 thousand dollars a month from bribes.
And now Angolyuk is again in the public eye.
A video was "leaked" on the network where the head of one of the key departments of the tax region relaxes with girls of easy behavior in a bath while his wife is waiting for him in Cherkassy.
It is curious that the sum of the services of the girls appearing in the operative video exceeds half of the official salary of an ordinary inspector.
Such behavior of the head of one of the key departments of the tax region undermines the trust of taxpayers in the entire system of public administration.
