Oleksandr Hryhorovych himself is engaged in falsifying examination results in his institute, of which he has been the director since 2010, of course not by his own hands — everything happens only on his instructions. Ruvin recruited his proxies to work at the institute, dismissing more than 20 leading experts who had their own independent opinion and did not obey the instructions of the "honorary expert forger", some of the dismissed Oleksandr Hryhorovych threatened them with physical violence against them and their family members. KNDISE experts are forced to sign what is needed for the prosecution and even change the content of the examinations in accordance with the wishes of the prosecutor's office and very "interested persons".
Since Ruvin approaches the selection of "interested persons" with great responsibility and knowledge, who exactly to help with the examination, who will be "profitable" so to speak, that is why all criminal proceedings against Oleksandr Hryhorovych and his family are very quickly closed and illegal schemes and the illegal family business continues to enrich the Ruvin family.
With the assistance of Oleksandr Hryhorovych, such high-profile cases as the falsification of criminal cases against Tymoshenko took place, it was the expert opinion of KNDISE that prosecutors referred to, proving that Naftagaz of Ukraine NJSC suffered losses as a result of the signing of gas contracts by the head of government in 2009, so that the conclusion was as follows how "necessarily" the employees of the institute submitted to coercion and mass pressure of Ruvin, for which he received the honorary title of "Honored Lawyer of Ukraine" from Yanukovych - Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 355/2013 dated 27.06.2013.
KNDISE expert Oleksandr Ivanytsky frankly said that in Lutsenko's case, the expert who conducted the examination was required to give "certain categorical conclusions." After threats to Ruvin Ivanytskyi, the latter was forced to leave Ukraine.
At the direction of Ruvin, the expert opinion on the circumstances of the death of the Tu-154M of the Russian airline "Sibir" was veiled.
Ruvin organized massive falsifications of criminal cases against Euromaidan activists and Avtomaidan activists, fabricated the necessary examinations.
According to his instructions, a "correct" examination of the downed IL-76 in the sky over Luhansk took place.
For millionaire businessman Volodymyr Kostelman (owner of Fozzy Group), Ruvin and his trustees of KNDISE delayed the examination of the real estate of CJSC "Silpo Retail", which was included in the collateral for a loan at "VAB Bank", as a result, the bank and the state lost 2,6 million hryvnias .
In the case against the ex-leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the actions of the Ministers of Defense Mykhailo Yezhel, Dmytro Salamatin, Pavel Lebedev and others, in 2018, Ruvin publishes an expert opinion favorable to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.
In 2018, KNDISE confirmed the economic feasibility and legality of the Rotterdam Plus formula.
In 2019, Ruvin helped the Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios to legalize an anonymous tip from employees of the State Tax Service received through the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine regarding the case of "ex-taxpayers Klymenko", in the framework of which Matios was publicized in 2017 with the detention of 24 tax officials and a search with military equipment in the BC "Gulliver" it was KNDISE Ruvina who confirmed that in the period 2011-2014, ex-taxpayers caused losses to the state in the amount of 96 billion hryvnias.
Oleksandr Hryhorovych personally confirmed that the "Molot" mortar was developed in accordance with the working design documentation, more than 20 military personnel were killed and more than 50 were injured from the explosion of "Molot" mortars.
But in Nasirov's case, things did not go well. Either they did not have time to agree with the chief expert of Ukraine or they did not give the command in time. The Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, Artem Sytnyk, explained regarding the accusation against Roman Nasirov that "The essence of the accusation is that the companies whose beneficiary is Mr. Onyshchenko, over a long period of time, were unjustifiably, contrary to the requirements of the law, given deferrals in the payment of rent payments to the budget. Accordingly, the amount of damages, according to the economic examination carried out in the case, amounts to about two billion hryvnias."
Oleksandr Onyschenko is a billionaire oligarch, oil and gas trader and former fugitive deputy, whose companies did not want to pay taxes and in 2015-2016 turned to the Federal Tax Service, which was headed by Nasirov, with a request for installments of their monetary obligations and tax debt from rent payments they received it for the use of the subsoil and precisely at Nasirov's instructions.
The main document in Nasirov's case was the forensic economic examination, which was conducted at the request of NABU by two experts from the Kyiv Research Institute of Forensic Examinations on November 30, 2016, and established the damages in the amount of more than two billion hryvnias. But the director of KNDISE, even before Nasirov's case gained resonance, on December 15, 2016, sent a letter to NABU with a request to recognize the conducted examination as invalid.
Referring to additional materials provided by Romanov Nasirov, of course without specifying exactly what these materials are and why they can change the conclusion of the forensic economic examination.
Yes, it was Ruvin who tried to save Nasirov. But the process was launched at NABU and SAP did not recognize the revocation and recognized Ruvin's actions as not provided for by law, they also summoned KNDISE experts for questioning and they confirmed the validity of the examination.
Even before the Nasirov case became public, a very interesting meeting took place in one of the capital's restaurants. Oleksandr Grigoryovych came together with his son to meet with the head of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, Pavlo Vovko, and the People's Deputy from the BPP, Oleksandr Granovskyi, whom the deputy Serhiy Leshchenko called "a watcher of the courts of Ukraine", and that he is the one who implements the scheme to save Nasirov from arrest together with the heads of Sol. Yanskyi and Courts of Appeal of Kyiv.

Another confirmation of Ruvin's status as the main "expert falsifier" is the wiretap of the head of the SBI, Roman Truba, where on September 3, 2019, in a conversation with Oleg Koretsky, Roman Truba said that all problems with examinations are solved with one phone call to Ruvin.
For sustainable work and ensuring the smooth operation of his organized, stable smuggling and illegal schemes established over the years, in order to displace competitors from the markets of Ruvin's activities and reduce the number of competitors, Oleksandr Hryhorovych uses his connections and negotiates with the customs service, law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine, and the border guard and the prosecutor's office and the tax office, all these structures depend on the expert opinions of the Ruvin-controlled institute.
Every year, Ruvin receives $20 million in illegal profits from the illegal turnover of all his schemes.
