In addition, the authors of the project took a responsible approach to the safety of residents, so fences will be installed around the perimeter of the lounge area to make "rest at height" absolutely reliable and comfortable.
We will add that there will not be any problems with access to the roof either - it will be possible to go directly to the lounge area by elevator, even from the parking lot. At the same time, the elevator will work even in the event of an accidental power outage.
