Since the beginning of the introduction of martial law in the territory of Odesa region, Russian troops have carried out more than a hundred strikes with the use of missiles on objects of critical infrastructure and housing stock. On September 11, the head of the Odesa military administration, Maksym Marchenko, told about this.

"As a result of shelling, 138 residents of the region were injured, unfortunately, 76 people died, three of whom were children! Absolutely peaceful houses in the villages of Zatoka, Dachne, Mayaki and Sergiyivka, residential complex "Tiras" in the city of Odesa can serve as examples of the desolation of the enemy's actions. Dozens of dead and maimed civilians of Odesa, lost and completely destroyed homes! We understand that the enemy still has enough unexhausted forces and resources to continue the pressure on Ukraine. But we are sure that the victory will be on the side of Ukraine and the entire civilized world," Maksym Marchenko emphasized.

During this time, the enemy in the Odesa region damaged construction structures, objects of critical and transport infrastructure, objects of life support of the population, educational and health care institutions, automobile equipment and many other objects.

"The occupiers thought they could break us in 3 days. But six months have passed since we resisted and counterattacked. The enemy will suffer a large number of losses in manpower, equipment, aircraft and ships, and we will continue to destroy them until they leave Ukraine!" added the head of the OVA.
