This afternoon, November 5, the protesting "euroblachers" blocked Hrushevskogo Street in the government quarter of Kyiv.

At 13:00 on Thursday, they were promised a meeting with the deputies, at which they hoped to resolve the situation, but the meeting never took place.
After the Euroblachers blocked Hrushevsky Street, they blocked the exit from the Council's territory. Later, a scuffle broke out between the Euroblachers and the police. Protesters wanted to bring car tires to the Verkhovna Rada, the police took them away.
It should be noted that the protest actions of "euroblachers" began after the Cabinet of Ministers agreed on fines for owners of cars with foreign license plates.
