Russian soldiers are fleeing from the Kharkiv region in panic after a successful counteroffensive of the Armed Forces. They cannot fight back on the battlefield, so they decide to terrorize the civilian population.

Such a cowardly "response" to the flight of one's own army from the battlefield," he emphasized.
Metro traffic was also stopped, people had to walk through dark tunnels.
Work on restoration of light continues.
Kharkovoblenergo asks residents to remain calm and be patient.
"Energy workers are at their workplaces and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible," the message reads.
All specialists, from the State Emergency Service to Oblenergo employees, worked to restore the systems. Water supply was restored at night, the metro and ground electric transport are operating normally.
The head of Kharkiv OV Oleg Synegubov talked about the problems with the mobile network and called to connect to national roaming.
