President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the situation with the case of a brutal attack on a Ukrainian teenager in Paris.
"That which does not let go. An attack that shocks with its savagery, barbarism, hatred. Back on January 15, our guy, a Ukrainian, a teenager, was brutally beaten in Paris. Who did it? Judging by the video, they are the same teenagers or a little older. Ten to one. They had fittings, cold weapons. And they had a goal - to kill, maim, maim.
Yuri and his friends were returning from school when they were attacked. The guy is still in serious condition with numerous injuries, doctors are trying to be very cautious in their forecasts. But there are reasons to hope that he will recover.
Find and punish the attackers. This is not even just our demand, it is a question of civilization. In any country, such an attack deserves a harsh response from the state.
The Embassy of Ukraine in France is involved in this situation. The Ukrainian state will do everything to ensure that Yury and his family receive the necessary help, and the investigation - the necessary incentives. There is already a strong reaction from the Minister of the Interior of France, Gérald Darmanin, and the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo. The attackers should definitely end up in prison," wrote the president of Ukraine on his official website.

On the footage from the surveillance cameras, you can see a teenager knocked to the ground, who is being brutally beaten by a group of guys.
