Tonight, 20-year-old National Guard soldier Artyom Ryabchuk shot five of his colleagues and wounded five more in Dnipro. He is a conscript from Izmail, Odesa region.
His duties included the protection of the territory of the Yuzhmash plant. There is one civilian among the victims. At the moment, the investigation will establish the fact of psychological influence on Artyom from the side of his colleagues.
The events took place in the barracks of the National Guard. A conscript soldier took a weapon and started shooting people, first he killed the guard's grandmother at the exit from the barracks.
After the mass murder, the soldier caught a passer-by on the road and hid with a machine gun and cartridges. Police operation "Siren" has been introduced in Dnipro.
