In the Luhansk region, law enforcement officers detected and stopped unauthorized interference in the work of radio electronic networks by units of the Operation of the United Forces. This was reported to the National Police.
During the investigation, operatives established an Internet provider that operated on the territory of Starobelsk, and discovered radio-electronic equipment prohibited for use by civilians.
During the search, the investigators seized radio-electronic equipment that operated on specially used frequencies.
Criminal proceedings are opened under Article 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "Unauthorized interference with the operation of electronic computing machines (computers), automated systems, computer networks or telecommunications networks." The pre-trial investigation continues.
