Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a video conference of the leaders of the G7 countries called for the introduction of sanctions against the energy sector of the Russian Federation in response to mass attacks on critical infrastructure of Ukraine.
He also emphasized that there can be no negotiations with the current president of Russia.

The President of Ukraine proposes to place a mission of international observers on the border of Ukraine and Belarus to monitor the situation.
Zelensky noted that peace is possible not only when there is peace with one neighbor, but when there is peace with all neighbors.
