Today, November 27, President Volodymyr Zelensky replaced the heads of two oblasts — Odesa and Kharkiv.
So, according to the presidential decree, from the post of acting Vyacheslav Ovechkin, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, was dismissed, and Sergey Hrynevetskyi was appointed as the governor on a permanent basis.
By the second decree, Aleksey Kucher was dismissed from the post of head of Kharkiv OGA. Aina Tymchuk will take his place.
