President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy agrees to meet with the president of the aggressor country, Vladimir Putin, in Turkey. This was stated by the President of Turkey, Recep Erdogan.
"We told Mrs. Zelenskyi that we are ready to make the necessary contribution. He said: "In that case, I am ready to do anything. As soon as you call me, I will go there," said the Turkish president.
According to Erdoğan, the question of the date of the meeting and preparation for it is being resolved.
"Now we will set a date and want to hold a high-level meeting between Mr. Putin and Mr. Zelensky," Erdogan added.
Meanwhile, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that Putin is also ready to meet with Zelensky, but for this he needs to understand what will be the outcome of the meeting.
