The Verkhovna Rada supported the initiative of the "Servant of the People" faction to remove Dmytro Razumkov from the position of Speaker of the Parliament. Such a decision was made on October 7 at a session of the parliament.
284 people's deputies voted "for" Razumkov's dismissal from the post of speaker, 74 voted against, and 6 abstained.
As a reminder, Razumkov became the speaker of the Council on August 29, 2019. From May to December 2019, he was the head of the pro-presidential party "Servant of the People", entered the Rada under the first number of its electoral list. Before participating in the parliamentary elections, he was a political technologist, engaged in business.
