Local elections will be held on October 25. Many experienced politicians have already either directly declared their intentions to run for mayor of regional centers or hinted at it. "Word and deed" analyzed how potential candidates for city heads fulfilled their promises in previous positions.

Vinnitsa

Ternopol

According to polls, the current mayor of Ternopil, Serhiy Nadala, has a high chance of taking office again. During this term, he fulfilled 55% of the promised.

Viktor Ovcharuk, the head of the Ternopil Regional Council, may become his rival. He has not yet fulfilled a single promise.

Kharkiv

Since April, she has been a people's deputy, and in this status she has only 5% of her promises fulfilled.

Also, the ex-people's deputy, and now the head of Kharkiv OGA Aleksey Kucher, can become a candidate. As a deputy, he fulfilled 60% of the promised, as the head of the OGA - so far only 3%, but he does not occupy the position for so much time.

Kherson

Khmelnitsky

Like the majority of mayors of regional centers, the mayor of Khmelnytskyi, Alexander Simchyshyn, will once again run for office. He fulfilled 65% of the promised.

People's deputy Mykola Stefanchuk, who fulfilled the promised 19%, and Dmitry Gabinet, the head of the Khmelnytskyi OGA, can form his company in the elections, but he has not yet managed to fulfill a single promise.

Cherkassy

The current mayor of Chernihiv, Vladyslav Atroshenko, fulfilled 58% of his promises.
