The Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet reported on the updated statistics of vaccination against COVID-19 among teachers in his Telegram channel.
"At least 96,5% of the employees of the general secondary education institution were vaccinated with at least one dose, of which more than 563, or 86,4% of the total number (as of November 22, was 84,5%), have already completed the full vaccination cycle," - Scarlet noted.
Among the leaders of the regions of the complete vaccination cycle:
- Luhansk region - 94,3%;
- Sumy - 93,9%
- Donetsk - 93,8%;
- Cherkasy – 93,7%;
- Kharkiv - 93,5%.
In Kyiv, the level of vaccination of school workers with two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine increased by 1,7% over the past few days (on November 22, it was 86%).
We note that due to the lack of a 100% vaccination level of workers in the "red" zone, 1,2 thousand people continue to work remotely. schools (on November 22, there were 1,7 thousand schools).
The Minister of Education and Science also reported that there are teachers suspended from work. According to operational information of the departments of education and science, it is 2,8 thousand. pedagogic workers established general secondary education. The most of these are in the Rivne and Kyiv regions – 384 and 281 people, respectively.
