Ukraine can leave the green quarantine zone already in the first half of September. This is reported by the Telegram channel "Coronavirus Info".
At the same time, the current situation remains under control. The weekly figures were affected by holidays, however, the number of hospitalizations still prevails over discharges. It is indicative that beds are being filled at a lower rate: if earlier the indicator was at the level of 15%, now it is 12%.
"Practically every region is already approaching the indicators of the yellow and orange zones. Already in the first half of September, Ukraine is expected to leave the green zone. Now the situation is critical in the Chernivtsi region: there is twice less control over the spread of the disease compared to the average in the country, with twice the level of hospitalization", - noted the head of the Center for Healthcare Economics of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) Yury Ganichenko.
As a reminder, August 26 in Ukraine for the first time in three months, the maximum increase in COVID-19 was recorded.
As for the situation in the world, Europe has reached the maximum of morbidity, and North America continues to beat the records of the current wave.
