The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at a plenary session on Wednesday, January 27, plans to consider a number of draft laws, as well as draft resolutions, in particular, on the National Plan for Vaccination of the Population against COVID-19.
Parliamentarians at today's meeting plan to include in the agenda and make a decision on the draft resolution on the National Plan for Vaccination of the Population against COVID-19.
We will add that on January 26, people's deputies shortened the time frame for the preparation of the draft law on accelerating the state registration of vaccines.
They also want to consider the draft resolution on the establishment of the VSK on issues of inspection and assessment of the state of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", the investigation of the facts of possible inaction by the management bodies, which led to the deterioration of the technical condition of the enterprise.
Bills that are planned to be considered in the first reading:
- to ensure the transparency of information on the amount of remuneration in state-owned companies;
- on taxation with customs payments of goods that are moved (forwarded) in international postal shipments, international express shipments;
- on clarification of the list of primary water users;
- on improving the order of development, adoption and implementation of aviation regulations of Ukraine.
Bills that are planned to be considered in the second reading:
- regarding the strengthening of responsibility for the commission of criminal offenses against journalists;
- regarding the strengthening of liability for violation of legislation in the field of protection of natural ecosystems from fires;
- on the record of labor activity of the employee in electronic form.
