Registration of "registration" online: the Ministry of Statistics is launching a beta test of the declaration of residence

The service should be scaled to the whole country.

From December 1, the Ministry of Digital Transformation will start beta testing the declaration of residence on the Diya portal. This was reported by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mikhail Fedorov.

According to him, it will be possible to get the service in one day, without queuing and visiting a state institution. Last year, such an online option was launched in seven Ukrainian cities, and now it is "scaling to almost the entire country."

To participate in the beta test, you need:

  • tax number of the applicant and owners/co-owners of housing;
  • KEP (qualified electronic signature) of the applicant and owners/co-owners of housing;
  • the right of ownership of housing must be entered in the Real Estate Register (since 2013);
  • the applicant must be over 14 years old.

The service will be available throughout the country, but residents of Dnipro, Odessa, Chernivtsi, Mykolaiv and Kherson will be able to do it a little later.

"We will completely transform the service, removing bureaucracy. You will no longer need to go, for example, to your hometown, even if you want to register there," Fedorov wrote on Facebook.

You can register for the beta test here.
