More and more young families and visitors are appearing in Odessa, which means that the demand for housing stock is growing in one way or another. Particular preference is given to budget options: sleeping areas, comfortable conditions, cleanliness and developed infrastructure.

On Tairov, the Odesskie traditions and Prostranstvo residential complexes have the same advantage, they are quite powerful competitors, but at the same time, Kaleidoscope is not inferior to them in quality, and in some aspects even surpasses them. It is worth noting the technology of this project — here is good sound insulation, insulation. The developers assure that even at the design stage of the facility, the optimal degree of illumination of each apartment was accurately calculated, rest areas for people of different ages, accessibility for people with disabilities, large elevators and staircases, comfortable wheelchairs, as well as a spacious hall were provided. The "Kaleidoscope" residential complex should be completed and put into operation in the second quarter of 2021. Odessa residents note that despite the difficult period of the pandemic, the developer fulfills his promises and reports on the progress of work and plans for the future. This is a very good indicator, whereas, for example, the nearest competitor "Prostranstvo" residential complex is already delaying the deadlines by almost six months.
— Trust is a very important indicator that directly affects the level of sales. One of the criteria can be attributed to the number of fulfilled promises. We have already seen how some housing associations did not do everything they talked about. We include the residential complex "Prostranstvo" and "Tairovskie sady" here. At the same time, Odessa Traditions and Kadorr fulfilled 100% of their promises", - notes realtor Daniil Semenov.
— JK "Kaleidoscope" is a fairly young player of the comfort class, but no less promising. Earlier, the developer company successfully built industrial facilities. Now "Kaleidoscope" is already competing with its neighbors on Tairov, such as "Odesskie Traditions" and "Kadorr". It is likely that in the near future "Kaleidoscope" will surpass its popular competitors, — real estate expert Dana Vasiliev adds.
In addition, the common advantage of all these residential complexes is the location, which allows you to be in the center of the cultural and business life of Tairov. Moreover, there are numerous shops, hypermarkets, a wholesale food market, a gas station, kindergartens and schools within walking distance of the new buildings.
