Traffic will be temporarily restricted on the M-05 Kyiv — Odesa highway due to the construction of a traffic interchange. This was reported in "Ukravtodor".
Three transport interchanges are being built at the approaches to Kyiv:
▪ M-05 Kyiv — Odesa km 15 + 390 (Chabany township);
▪ km 21 + 847 (Vyta-Pochtovaya village);
▪ M-06 Kyiv — Chop km 21 + 767 (Stoyanka village).
In April of this year, the contractor began the construction of two interchanges on the highway M-06 (Stoyanka) and M-05 (Chabany). Recently, the construction of the last, third interchange on the M-05 highway near the village of Vyta-Pochtovaya started.
It is noted that this will ensure the distribution of traffic flows, relieve traffic nodes on international highways and improve traffic safety in areas of traffic concentration near the capital.
At present, work is being carried out on the installation of bored piles on the overpass. Due to this, heavy construction equipment will be installed on the carriageway and a section of the road will be temporarily closed.
In particular, the right lane in the direction of Odessa will be closed for the period from 6 a.m. on June 15 to 17 p.m. on June 22. Traffic will be carried out in one lane in both directions on the left side of the road (in the direction of Kyiv).
