On the occasion of the Day of Ground Forces, a memorial sign was opened in Kyiv in honor of Ukrainian fighters fighting in the Donbass.
The composition consists of images of three servicemen from different branches of the army - an infantryman, a tanker and a pilot.
In social networks, attention was drawn to the fact that the tank driver looks like the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, and the other two look like the Commander of the Joint Forces Sergey Naev and the Commander of the Ground Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi.
By the way, as reported in the press service of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the monument was installed on the initiative of Syrsky.
The press service also stated that the commemorative sign is dedicated to "personnel who devoted themselves to service in the Ground Forces and now perform tasks in the area of operations of the United Forces, as well as to the memory of those who gave their lives for the independence of Ukraine."
