He noted that Ukrainians have accumulated "quarantine fatigue", so it is possible to relax the restrictive measures until the epidemic situation has stabilized.
"There is no such outbreak, such large-scale, so we are talking about the golden mean between the ability of the medical system to heal and economic other things," said the minister.
In addition, over the past day, 1022 new cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Ukraine, most of all in Dnipropetrovsk (134), Mykolaiv (107), Zaporizhia (69), Kharkiv (68) and Kyiv (63) regions.
