The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, in connection with the information about the possible invasion of Russia on the territory of Ukraine, called on its citizens in Ukraine to fill out questionnaires for emergency communication. The relevant message is posted on Online consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
"In light of the situation in Ukraine, we recommend that Israelis in Ukraine fill out the questionnaire below. Please fill out the questionnaire for each family member individually, including minors under 18 years of age," the message reads.
In the questionnaire, you need to fill in 14 items, including personal data, family status, as well as a mobile phone and email address.
