In Ukraine in 2020, the average prices for housing, water, electricity, gas and other types of fuel increased by 13,6%. This was announced by Gosstat on Monday, January 11.
Tariffs for maintenance and repair of housing per hour increased by 3,4%, for water supply - by 18,5%, for sewage - by 16,5%, for maintenance of housing and adjacent territories - by 2,7%, for natural gas - by 56,3%.
At the same time, tariffs for hot water and heating decreased by 2,2% per hour, the cost of electricity did not change.
Let us remind you that earlier Ukrainians paid almost 30 billion for communal services. This amount includes services of heat supply, water supply and drainage, removal of household waste, maintenance of houses and adjacent territories.
It was also reported that utility bills began to grow in Ukraine. In the non-heating period, the debt for communal services decreased by 9,4 billion hryvnias, and in October it increased by 1,8 billion.
