In Ukraine, several regions may fall into the "red" zone in the coming days. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the regular government meeting on October 6.
"This means that cinemas, cafes, restaurants, gyms, theaters and other public places will be able to work only if 100% of the employees of the institution and 100% of the visitors are fully vaccinated. The business must check the availability of relevant vaccination certificates. And we ask businessmen to treat this responsibly," the Prime Minister noted.
According to him, the employees of the police and other authorized bodies have the appropriate technical capabilities, thanks to which they will check the presence of covid-certificates in visitors.
Shmyhal also noted that in the "red" quarantine zone, educational institutions will work offline only if 100% of employees have completed a full course of vaccination.
"Kindergartens and 1-4 classes of schools will continue to work in the usual, full-time format," the head of government emphasized.
And he added that at the beginning of this week, almost 81% of school workers were vaccinated with at least one dose. This, according to him, allows the majority of such educational institutions to work normally in the "yellow" zone.
