Sofia Tsurkan, a 104-year-old resident of Odessa and a Pole by nationality, received her first foreign passport. This was reported by the press service of the Migration Service of the Odesa region.
The woman's foreign passport was issued in the Kyiv district office of Odesa of the State Department of State Administration of Ukraine in the Odesa region.
It is interesting that the woman is a native Odessan and all her life she lived and worked in Odessa without going abroad.
Health problems led to the need for treatment abroad. Therefore, Sofya Tsurkan's daughter turned to the Migration Service of the Odesa Region with a request to process her mother's exit passport.
A 104-year-old woman was accepted for the issuance of a foreign passport on benefits, because she is over 80 years old.
It is known that the woman will go to Poland. One of her daughters lives there, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
