President Volodymyr Zelenskyi commented on the possible loss of military support for Ukraine by the United States after the 2024 presidential election in America, saying that Ukraine could win the war by then.

Zelensky dismissed fears of losing US support if President Joe Biden, who has pledged to support Ukraine as long as needed, is not re-elected in 2024.
According to Zelenskyi, Ukraine still has bipartisan support in the US Congress. In addition, the president believes that Ukraine is capable of winning the war before the presidential elections in the USA, which will be held on November 5 next year.
"Who knows where we will be (when the elections are held. - Ed.). I believe that we will win by then," the head of state said.
The president expressed confidence that the Ukrainian military will be able to advance during the expected counteroffensive. He warned about the risks of a "frozen conflict", which, according to Zelenskyi, Russia is counting on.
Zelenskyi also noted that "there is a lot of support from the people themselves, ordinary Americans — support from Ukrainians." This cannot be lost. And this is the most important thing. Any election and internal processes always affect any state. Especially when it comes to elections in the United States of America But, first, I think we will not lose bipartisan support. The second is that the election in the United States is in a year. Who knows where we will be."
He admitted that "there are some moments of fatigue in the world, but the fatigue is not because of Ukraine. I want to be clear. Fatigue is due to Russian aggression."
