From December 14, things are changing in Ukraine registration rules cars, — Service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Now:
• it will be possible to register a car online without visiting service centers
• you can get only an electronic technical passport and licenses (if necessary, it is also possible to make plastic)
• the examination of the car is included in a separate procedure (now it must be completed before applying for the vehicle registration and re-registration service)
All cars will need to be registered in a new way - when registering foreign cars for the first time, as well as when re-registering them to a new owner.
