For migrants from Ukraine who crossed the border after February 24, the Health4Ukraine program of financial assistance for the purchase of medicines is available.

The main condition for joining the program is the presentation of a document confirming the provision of a Polish PESEL identification number.
To apply for a queue, you must leave your email address at here. You will then receive a notification with further instructions for registration.
"After consideration of the application, the participant will receive an individual bar code that will allow him to purchase medicines worth up to 500 zlotys. You can find out more about the terms of participation in the program by calling the hotline: +48 42 612 09 96," the message adds.
