In April, the second auction for the sale of the Izmail winery was held. At the first auction at the price of UAH 37 million, there was no bidder, so the price was reduced by half - to UAH 17 million. According to the results of the second auction, the plant in Izmail was sold for almost the same amount as the port in Belgorod -Dnistrovsk with the entire property complex - for 200 million hryvnias.
The Izmail plant is interesting because it has been bottling counterfeit alcohol for several years. And this is a proven fact.
The plant has several bottling lines. Valentin Volkanov, a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council, has been a tenant of the IVZ for many years. Volkanov is also a manager in a number of companies of the Avramov brothers, which monitor the Odesa region.
The trade disruption scheme was seen by all. Even the head of the Odesa regional FDM Oleksandr Slavskyi wrote the following in his Facebook social network:
"200 million for a winery in Izmail. It sounds incredible, but will the lot be paid or is this a disruption of the bidding?" Slavsky wrote.
In addition to "Electronic Building Technologies" LLC, three applicants have a charter capital of 1 hryvnias. The company was founded a little over a year ago.
The winner of the auction, Fininvest Group LLC, ultimately did not pay the lot. Most likely, all this is done in order to disrupt the bidding again and eventually buy the object at a low price.
Sources in the tax office and the BEB say that all of Volkanov's enterprises are awaiting inspections. The bottling of counterfeit alcohol, recorded by the Antimonopoly Committee, is of particular interest to law enforcement officers.
Repeated bidding for the winery in Izmail will be announced at the end of May this year.
