"There are problems with electricity supply in neighboring regions. Prepare everything you need in case of an emergency power outage. Do not leave the shelter until the alarm is over," Ternopil mayor Serhiy Nadal writes.
According to Rajkovich, the occupiers hit important energy facilities in Kropyvnytskyi and Golovanivskyi areas.
