The financial company NovaPay, which is part of the "Nova Poshta" group of companies, received an extended license from the National Bank of Ukraine, which will allow it to provide new services to individuals and businesses. The relevant decision was made by the regulator on April 28, 2023. It is reported press service companies.
NovaPay now has the ability to:
- open and service accounts of private and corporate clients
- issue cards to the accounts of individuals
to carry out acquiring, i.e. non-cash acceptance of payments for business - provide transfers without opening an account
- credit
- receive money into the account and issue it.
In general, this refers to all operations provided for by the law of Ukraine on payment services, which are permitted under martial law.
"Like all market participants, we were waiting for the renewal of the license. For us, this is a "green light" for the expansion of existing financial services for clients and a complete reboot of the NovaPay business model. Opening accounts and issuing cards in-house will make payments faster and more convenient for customers and between them," said Andrii Kryvoshapko, CEO of NovaPay.
NovaPay became one of the first Ukrainian fintech companies that received a license with such a wide range of services
