"The Government of Hungary has decided that from Friday, May 27, only owners of cars with Hungarian registration will be allowed to fill up with gasoline at Hungarian gas stations," said the head of the Prime Minister's Office, Gergey Guijas.
It is about refueling at a gas station, where the government finances a discount on fuel. Cars with foreign license plates will continue to be refueled at regular gas stations with market prices.
Guijas explained that such a phenomenon as gasoline tourism and abuse of the frozen price for gasoline appeared in Hungary.
