Odesa corporation KADORR Group, headed by Adnan Kivan, decided to take part in the auction for the privatization of JSC "First Kyiv Machine-Building Plant" (former "Bolshevik" plant).
The auction will be held on October 27. The starting price is 1 billion 390 million hryvnias.
Today, the plant is practically destroyed, and the workshop is idle. Last year's losses amounted to 22,4 million hryvnias.
If it wins the auction, the company declares its intention to build modern residential complexes, as well as medical facilities, schools and kindergartens on the site of the former industrial zone.
Note that Kadorr already has two residential complexes in Kiev. The last of them, the "52nd Pearl", was handed over in August of this year.
Meanwhile, in Odessa, the company also announced big plans. In a recent interview, the company's owner, Adnan Kivan, announced that he intends to build a "medical institution of such a level that has never been seen in Ukraine before" in Odessa.
The place of construction of this object is not advertised, however, according to indirect data, it is about the territories of the defunct sanatorium "Black Sea" at the 14th station of Bolshoy Fontan or the Chuvyrin sanatorium on Frantzuzsky Boulevard.
In addition, the Kadorr company entered the agricultural market, having a serious financial cushion in the form of a construction business. The KADORR Agro division announced grandiose plans — the construction of a network of elevators, a port terminal, and processing facilities.
