From Monday, November 9, scheduled operations will not be performed in Ukrainian hospitals. Medical institutions accept only patients with coronavirus infection.
This was stated by the chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko during an online briefing, the video was published on YouTube.
"Since Monday, all scheduled hospitalizations are prohibited, our hospitals accept only urgent patients and, exclusively, patients with the coronavirus," he said.
He also added that Ukraine has entered the second stage of the fight against the coronavirus.
