Vaccination against the coronavirus in Ukraine will begin on February 15, immediately after the country receives the first batch of the drug.

"Nothing changes with us, we start vaccination approximately from February 15, that is, it will be on Monday, based on the data that we have today on the supply of vaccines. If, due to the topic or other circumstances, the date changes, conditionally speaking, not the 15th, but the 16th, we will immediately notify you. As soon as we receive the vaccine, we will immediately start the vaccination process, we will not waste time," said the head of the Ministry of Health.
According to him, already today, February 4, we can expect information about the contract for the supply of the vaccine, which will be provided to Ukraine during 2021. However, Stepanov did not say what type of vaccine will be delivered to the country, citing commercial secrecy.
