From September 20, new quarantine rules will apply in Ukraine

However, even the strictest requirements will not apply to vaccinated Ukrainians.

New quarantine rules and restrictions have been introduced in Ukraine since Monday, September 20. However, even the strictest requirements will not apply to vaccinated Ukrainians.

In particular, in the "yellow" zone, where the majority of regions of Ukraine will soon move, restrictions are introduced on the number of visitors in cafes, restaurants, bars, fitness centers, gyms, theaters and cinemas. The occupancy of the establishment should not be more than 50%.

In the "red" zone, the work of all establishments, including those listed above, as well as schools and universities, is completely prohibited. Only pharmacies, hospitals, banks and essential grocery stores will be open.

On the other hand, quarantine will not be terrible for vaccinated Ukrainians. In the yellow zones, restrictions do not apply to fully vaccinated citizens or to those who have at least one vaccination. In red zones — only on fully vaccinated.

Also, two types of COVID-certificate, yellow and green, will be valid from September 20. Iх you can generate it yourself in the "Action" application or get it from a family doctor.

The "yellow" certificate is issued to people who have been vaccinated with one dose or who have contracted the coronavirus and is issued for 120 days. "Green" is given to people vaccinated with two doses.

Those who return to Ukraine do not need to do a PCR test and go into self-isolation in case of at least one vaccination.
