Health Minister Viktor Lyashko said that more than 600 Ukrainians did not come in time to receive the second dose of the vaccine against COVID-19.
"For those who have not yet received the second vaccination, I remind you of the need to receive a full course of vaccination - this is the only way the vaccine will protect your health and life. Now more than 600 thousand Ukrainians have not yet come for their second dose, despite the fact that the time for its introduction has already come. Therefore, please: do not hesitate and contact the nearest vaccination center or vaccination center," said Lyashko.
The Minister added that in Ukraine, 40% of the adult population received at least one dose of vaccination against the coronavirus.
In Kyiv, 50% of vaccinated residents over 18 have already crossed the mark.
In addition, on November 17, the ministry announced that more than 9 million citizens of Ukraine completed the course of vaccination against COVID-19.
