Representatives of the "Gagarynskoe plateau" OSMD intend to have a meeting with the management of DTEK "Odeska Elektromerezhi" due to unreasonable charges for electricity.
The "Gagarynskoe Plateau" OSMD was created by the residents of the house on 5/2 Gagarinskoe Plateau Street in December 2019. The decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine dated December 2, 2020 in case 916/86/20 confirmed that the creation of the OSMD corresponds to the current legislation of Ukraine.
However, the former balance-holder of the apartment building, the "Prestige VII" cooperative, continues to interfere in the activities of OSMD and tries to interfere with its work in every possible way.
Moreover, despite the fact that "Prestige VII" is not located on the territory of the house, it provides JSC "DTEK Odesskie elektrosety" with unreliable information about the maintenance of the house. Because of this, the residents of the house have to overpay every month for electricity that the residents did not consume.
Negotiations on this issue are planned with the management of DTEK "Odesa Electric Network".
