Most of the deputies who could not confirm the reception of voters in the Sumy city council (45%), Kherson (41%), Kyiv (23%) and Poltava (17%).

In almost half of the city councils, the deputies have not yet organized the reception of voters. Anatoly Boyko, the head of the Odesa regional organization "Committee of Voters of Ukraine", expressed this opinion, referring to the monitoring data of KIU.

Despite the fact that the elections were held in October 2020, even according to the results of the first quarter of 2021, in half of the city councils of Ukraine, the deputies have not yet organized the reception of voters.

"Odessa has the largest number of deputies who have not yet announced the schedule of their reception. Nikolaev comes second, followed by Lutsk, Kherson, Poltava and Kyiv. "Of the 868 deputies of city councils that were covered by such an inspection, 13% do not fulfill their legislative duty to receive voters," he said.

Most of the deputies who could not confirm the reception of voters in the Sumy city council (45%), Kherson (41%), Kyiv (23%) and Poltava (17%).

"We consider it unacceptable that some deputies do not publish information about their reception or do not hold a personal reception, since the direct rule of the law on regular personal reception is violated. In the best case, this leads to the fact that voters may communicate with certain deputies less than once a month or may not see them at all for a longer period of time or even for the entire term," Anatoly Boyko noted.
