Some cryptocurrency exchanges announced the temporary suspension of bank card operations in Ukraine.
"Currently, fiat channels, namely input and withdrawal through a bank card and other payment services, are temporarily suspended among cryptocurrency exchanges throughout Ukraine." - says in message Binance users.
Binance advised users to use the P2P platform.
Company representatives noted that the suspension is taking place against the background of NBU restrictions.
"Hryvnia deposits and withdrawals through Ukrainian bank cards are temporarily unavailable for all cryptocurrency exchanges in Ukraine. We hope that the situation will change soon." – noted in Binance.

Back in April 2022, the NBU introduced restrictions on cross-border transactions of citizens, which also related to cryptocurrency transactions.
Thus, natural persons were prohibited from conducting quasi-cash transactions from hryvnia bank accounts. Cross-border P2P transfers in hryvnias were limited to 100 hryvnias per month.
Quasi-cash operations include, in particular, the purchase of cryptocurrencies, replenishment of brokerage and forex accounts, replenishment of electronic wallets, etc.
In March, "PrivatBank" announced that it temporarily prohibited its own customers from trading hryvnias on cryptocurrency exchanges. Then the decision was also explained by the limitations of the National Bank.
