In the first reading, the Verkhovna Rada voted in favor of the draft law, which provides for increased liability for mobilization violations. This was reported by Telegram channels People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
As Zheleznyak noted, draft law #10379 was supported by 254 people's deputies.
According to him, the government version, which has many strict regulations, is currently approved.
"It (the government version, ed.) has many problems. And strict rules. Therefore, all the promised changes should then be amended before the second reading at the Committee." Zheleznyak added.
For his part, People's Deputy from "European Solidarity" Oleksiy Goncharenko in his Telegram channel indicated to the fact that a day earlier the defense committee removed criminal responsibility from draft law No. 10379.
"There was this norm, but yesterday they decided to remove it anyway," Goncharenko said.
