Until recently, one of the longest-standing structures in the Odesa region was the main Stavrovskaya school of the I-III degrees of the Oknyan OTG of the Podolsk district. The school has been under construction since 2008, three contractors have changed during this construction, and there have been four presidents in the country.
This year, the school was finally completed - within the framework of the program of the President of Ukraine "Great construction". And then miracles began.
Tomorrow, September 1, the solemn opening ceremony of the school was supposed to take place. Since the completion of the construction became possible thanks to the presidential program, the modern educational institution planned to open the first persons of the Odesa region, including the head of the region Sergey Hrynevetsky.
However, the head of the Podolsk regional administration, Mikhail Lazarenko, who, according to rumors, has a conflict with the regional leadership, decided to hasten the events and attribute the merits of the construction to himself. Thanks to this, for the first time in the history of the district, the opening ceremony of the school with a solemn lineup of students, a holiday for first-graders in the House of Culture and happy parents took place not on September 1, but today, August 31.
Of course, the Odesa regional state administration has already learned about this and it is not known whether they will go to open the school for the second time on September 1... As a result, there will be neither the president nor the governor at the event dedicated to the "Great Construction", so who ignores who - the question remains open.
