Large-scale restoration of castles, museums and other objects of cultural heritage in the Transcarpathian region will begin next year as part of the "Big Construction" program. This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi during a working trip to Transcarpathia.
— Next year, our "Big Construction" program will be more active. In addition to new roads, new schools, hospitals, we will start a large-scale restoration of castles, museums and other objects of cultural heritage, - said the guarantor.
In addition, the head of state assured that the tourism potential of the region and infrastructure conditions for the residents of Zakarpattia are important issues for him.
— Last week, the Ukrainian parliament adopted the law submitted by me, which provides benefits for the tourism sector of Ukraine. We do not stop at this important, difficult path, so that our regions, in particular Transcarpathia, can fully reveal their tourist potential, Zelensky emphasized.
