In Odessa, students flock to the polling stations in the Primorsky district in large numbers, gathering in organized groups of several tens of people.
Let us remind you that according to the order of the commission of the Emergency Situations and Emergency Situations, from October 15, students were supposed to leave the dormitories and switch to distance learning, but Sergey Kyvalov did not comply with the order of the commission, even despite the outbreak of the coronavirus at the Jurakademia. Nevertheless, students must do this to avoid problems with the law: in this case, we are talking about criminal liability.
Earlier, according to available information, the place of registration of several thousand students was changed at the direction of Kyvalov, who is running for the post of mayor and leads his Ukrainian Maritime Party in the city council. All students were given clear instructions, a control system was worked out (ballots were thrown in so that the responsible person from Kivalov (usually the dean) could see a tick in the "necessary" box. For non-appearance, students and teachers were promised "big problems" and the voting process was strictly controlled.
