"According to our forecasts, the Beijing Research Institute of Biological Products will be able to produce up to 120 million inactivated vaccines per hour, the Wuhan Institute of Biological Products will be able to produce another 100 million", - added the head of the company.

According to the representative of the corporation, if you make one injection, the probability of protection is about 97%, antibodies are produced slowly. It usually takes about a half-month to reach a level that will be sufficient to counter COVID-19. If you make two injections, the probability of protection can reach 100%.
"The interval between the first and second injection is usually 28 days. In exceptional cases, two injections can be made simultaneously in the left and right forearm. With each injection, 4 micrograms of the drug are administered", a spokesman for the company said.
Jingzhen emphasized that it is not necessary to vaccinate all 1,4 billion inhabitants of China: the vaccine must be given to working people living in densely populated areas of the country.
